We focus on improving overall athleticism and sport-specific movements using an evidence-based system of over 80,000 case studies, proving athletes will become faster, stronger & more explosive with our program. We offer three different Sports Performance Classes:
Linear Acceleration - Speed Training
Change of Direction - Agility Training
Jumping and Explosion - Power Training
The goal of these classes is to help the athletes achieve optimal performance and produce measurable results, regardless of sport or position. Everything we do has purpose & intent and follows a set agenda aimed to achieve maximum results.
These classes are in a group setting which trains identified areas of improvement and individual goals via the evaluation process, reinforcing the following:

We will conduct a free baseline evaluation and consultation for each athlete, supported by video technology. The evaluation outcome, combined with the athlete's goals and objectives, will help us determine which classes are the right fit.
