Our Intro to Weight Lifting program teaches athletes the proper basic weight room techniques and safety to prepare them for High School.
Specialized for injured athletes after their last PT visit to 100% athletic performance return to play. Because our system is “evidence based” we are trusted amongst Doctors, Clinicians, Physicians & Therapists.
Team training is a effective way to get an entire team prepared for their season with highly measurable increases in overall athleticism. The program includes the General Preparatory SPT training with custom sports specific drills. Includes on-going evaluations with instant video review and feedback. (Groups of 10 or more)

For our advanced athletes who are training for combines and college specific activities. This program incorporates a weight training program & a speed performance training program to maximize training toward college athletics.
Geared towards kids 5-9 years old this program improves Speed and Agility with measurable results. They will learn proper running & jumping techniques in a fun energetic environment, preparing them for future sporting activities. Includes entry level resistance training, A2 T-shirt, band testing, speed & agility, live video review and feedback with on-going evaluations.

Adult group training classes included a variety of our core SPT & general fitness exercises to promote weight loss, general strength & endurance.
